Our Story Begins . . .

VioletsOffice began in Boise Idaho, founded by Violet Wayman of Boise Idaho, with the simple idea of building a professional workforce of skilled women who work from home. Using her skills learned while being employed within several small offices Violet coaches and trains other women who wish to work from a home-based office..

Today, VioletsOffice is contracting with various companies in different business sectors providing administrative services. All of the women are certified, skilled workers that are proud to show off their work.

As a woman owned business, our future depends on the quality people we attract and the ability to manage people who work from a home-based operation. We interface with our clients when needed, but we choose to provide most of the real value and or effort working from home.

What makes our company unique is that each of our associates take pride in their work habits, work ethics and the quality of service provided. Through our partnerships with leading content providers such as LearnKey Inc., each of our associates contribute to their education by obtaining proven skills in office technologies and office procedures. We are a team and we mutually believe that the right task needs to be presented by the right working professional.

As a start up business, we realized that many skilled women are at home by choice, raising children. We believe America’s hidden treasure is in every community already working from home. Over 5.4 million mothers put their careers on hold to stay home with children according to the U.S. Census Bureau. That adds up to a lot of talented women with experience, education, skills and the motivation to find flexible work that can be done from their home-based office.

Violet’s passion is to give mothers the ability to pursue their professional careers, support their families and still be able to be home with their children. We believe the trend for women to leave the corporate environment for a more flexible work environment will continue to rise.

We believe that with the use of today’s technology and a stronger desire from highly-skilled and educated women to spend more time with their young children will continue to drive this trend up. Our Core team

Violet Wayman – President and FounderPrinciple – Specializes in office management and office efficiencies. Accounting practices and customer care communications is central to her offerings. She has successfully developed start up businesses back office operations. As a vision, VioletsOffice brings organization and quality communication to the small office executive.

J. Hardman – Director of Sales – specializing in sales management procedures and call center operations. Jodi comes to us with years of educational sales, certification programs and success in building in-home opportunities.

L. Coruccini – Board of Directors, Lori is the CEO of a woman’s owned company, Predix Inc., as a strategic consulting company specializing in strategic thinking and leadership and workforce development. Predix clients are forward-thinking, value their human capital, and understand the critical need to invest in strategy, employee and leadership development.

D. Server – Creative Director – specializing corporate branding, print design and layout, corporate presentations including PowerPoint, photo imaging, and creative design.

D. Clemons – Marketing Director – specializing in market presence online, including web sites, blogs, print and product brand strategy.
