Violet Clemons
CEO
Violet is the founding member and CEO of the accounting bookkeeping practice named Violets Office™. Her purpose for building a successful accounting practice has been fueled by helping other women stay active with their professional careers while fully engaged in their more important home and family focus. Part time professional work can really help families meet their financial goals and Violets Office provides a good opportunity to women who want to stay in the workforce.
Passions: Sharing quality time with family and friends, living with purpose and traveling to learn about our planet.

Jodi
Sr. Accounts Associate
Jodie is a Sr. Accounting Associate. Jodie graduated with a Bachelor degree from Stevens Henagar College in Accounting. She knew early in high school, motivated by her teachers, that a career in accounting and bookkeeping would serve her well. She was involved in a family run construction business for over 11 years. She has achieved the highest level of recognition from Intuit Quickbooks as a ProAdvisor.
She has continued to provide online education to 1000’s of accounting students and today offers online coaching/tutoring in accounting, bookkeeping and QuickBook introductions to our team and clients.
Passions: Spending time with her 5 children is the primary focus at home, coaching and playing club volleyball at Idaho Crush, traveling to the big islands, touring Grand Canyon and general exploring by taking long road trips!

I was born and raised in Idaho. I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children. I am also an innovative and driven accounting professional with over ten years of experience. My extensive accounting knowledge comes from several years working directly under a Certified Public Accountant along with supporting a very diverse and loyal clientele as a freelance Bookkeeper and Consultant.
I like to take on new challenges both in my personal and professional life. I strive to stay active and always live life to the fullest.
Passions: Traveling, cooking, camping, gardening, and generally just enjoying the outdoors with the people I love.

Office Manager
Elizabeth works from Violets Office Salt Lake location as office manager. She is upbeat and ready to get work done accurately and efficiently. While having several years experience with Medical Records, Business Office, and Managerial Responsibilities, her goal is to grow her knowledge and expand her ability to reach out and help others.

2007 Violets Office was founded by Violet Clemons, with the primary focus of providing affordable bookkeeping services to small businesses. Today Violets Office has a wonderful track record of not only how we work with clients small and medium sized businesses, but also how we work with our consultants.
Our team of specialists are well trained, enjoy their work and share a personal core value system that makes Violets Office a fun place to work.
